  a choice of menu in advance is requested for tables from 6 people ;
•  The table d’hôtes is at the heart of the kitchen
  a surprise menu is served at this table according to the Chef’s mood and inspiration ;
• The cellar is a private room with a view of the wine cellar
  a pre-chosen menu is requested for the whole table
