THE DOMAINE <\/h3>\n <\/div>\n

Domaine de Ch\u00e2teauvieux is a 16th-century building with a rich winemaking tradition,<\/strong> beautifully restored.<\/strong> It was once part of the former Ch\u00e2teau de Peney. Philippe Chevrier joined the Domaine as Chef in 1986 and took over its management in 1989. The Domaine was home to Switzerland\u2019s last coal-fired stove.<\/p>\n

Located at the heart of the Estate, the \u00c9picerie Cave offers a selection of nearly 150 products<\/strong>: specialties made on-site, local goods, gourmet baskets, and gift boxes. Not to mention the wine selection, with a cellar housing 250 labels and wines from over 40 wineries, including some historic estates.<\/p>\n

The \u00c9picerie Cave is managed by Fabien Mene,<\/strong> Switzerland\u2019s Best Sommelier of 2021 and holder of the prestigious Master Sommelier title.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n
